Orders are despatched either on the day that we receive them or the next business day. If there is a reason why we cannot despatch within this time then we will e-mail you with an explanation.

We use UPS as our carriers and we charge our customers the rates that they charge us. Our checkout automatically calculates prices based upon weight of products and destination. At the checkout you will be given the option of two different UPS services and you can choose the one that suits you best - dependent upon how quickly you need to receive the products.

For customers in Canada. I am afraid that we no longer ship to Canada because of the shipping rates, the rates are now more expensive than the products.Sorry

Goods may be returned to us for up to 7 days from date of receipt. Please inform us before returning goods and we will then acknowledge this. Post and packing costs cannot be refunded. Any goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

We thoroughly disapprove of spam and we will not subject you to unwanted e-mails. After the initial e-mails confirming your order and payment we will contact you no more than twice by e-mail or letter in any 12 month period.

Your details will not be given to anyone outside of our organization and you will never be contacted by any third party as a result of information that you supply to us.
